About The Position
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join their team at Rehoboth McKinley Christian Healthcare Services in Gallup, New Mexico. This is a part-time, job share opportunity for independent providers who value flexibility and autonomy within a close-knit, rural hospital environment. The position involves a 13-week service commitment with a typical rotation of one week per month, working within a 4-member CRNA-only team. Two CRNAs are on-site daily with shared call responsibilities. This role requires coverage of only 6 weekends during the 13-week period, with off-site call and a 30-minute response time. The case mix includes General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, and limited GYN, Urology, and Podiatry. Notably, there are no OB services. Approximately 100 cases are handled per month.
Requirements
- Board certified/eligible CRNA
- Comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting
- 13 weeks of service in a job share model (typical rotation: 1 week per month)
- 30-minute response time for off-site call
