About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join our team at Oakdale Community Hospital in Oakdale, LA. This position offers a competitive compensation package for 26 weeks of coverage per year. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, with a 24/7 call model that rarely involves call-backs. The CRNA will be the sole provider on-site and can expect minimal late days with consistent early outs. The role focuses on General Surgery case types. Oakdale, LA offers a slower pace of life with short commutes, no traffic, a tight-knit community, and an affordable cost of living. Requirements

• Board Certified
• Comfortable working independently
• LA license or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care as the sole provider on-site.
• Manage General Surgery cases.
• Adhere to a Mon-Fri, 7 AM-3 PM schedule.
• Participate in a 24/7 call model with beeper call and a 1-hour call-back time.
• Work independently.
