About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the anesthesia team at Hillcrest Hospital Claremore in Claremore, Oklahoma. This is a well-supported, collaborative practice offering strong compensation, a balanced schedule, and the opportunity to work in a community-focused environment with a collegial care team. The position offers a base salary of $650,000 (1099) with 10 weeks off and a compensated call structure. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, averaging 40 hours per week. The call schedule includes 1 weekday beeper call and 1 (48 hr) weekend call shift per month. The practice features a collaborative care team model with experienced CRNAs and surgical staff, a broad case mix including Bread and Butter, Gen Surge, Peds Dental and ENT, Ortho, and Podiatry, and a stable practice environment with consistent scheduling and strong leadership support. There is an opportunity to practice in a respected community hospital serving northeastern Oklahoma.

Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
OK licensure or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services within a collaborative care team model.
Participate in a weekday beeper call and one weekend call shift per month.
