About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a new four-person team at Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role offers a broad case mix within a supervisory model, team support, and 13 weeks off. Compensation is $700,000 as a 1099 position, with a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Three anesthesiologists are on site daily, supporting 11–14 CRNAs. Call is a 1:3 rotation. During scheduled work weeks, daily assignments rotate among an early shift, an ASC shift, and the late call assignment. The position includes paid malpractice insurance with tail, access to group benefits through preferred partners, and support from Corporate Clinical Leadership. The role is with Essential Anesthesia Management, a clinician-founded and clinician-led anesthesia management company that provides department management at more than 125 facilities in six states and has over 1,400 CRNA and Anesthesiologist providers. Requirements

Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology.
Oklahoma licensure or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care in a supervisory model.
Participate in rotating daily assignments during scheduled work weeks: early shift, ASC shift, and late call assignment.
Provide coverage within the stated 1:3 call rotation.
