About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Mesquite, TX. This role involves providing superior anesthesia care, working collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The position offers a flexible scheduling model with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays, and an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
