About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Conroe, TX. This role involves providing superior anesthesia care for outpatient procedures, working collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The position offers a high degree of autonomy with an independent CRNA practice model, flexible scheduling, and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. The Specialty Alliance is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) focused on empowering physician-led, multi-specialty care through clinical excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
