About The Position
Gastrointestinal Associates, a premier gastroenterology practice in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and a member of GI Alliance (GIA), is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their outpatient endoscopy center. This role offers an independent practice model with a predictable schedule in a modern ambulatory setting, working alongside experienced physicians and clinical professionals. Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage all aspects of airway management and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
- Oversee emergence and recovery, including medication and fluid management
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure exceptional patient care
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards
