About The Position

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a Chief CRNA for an ambulatory surgery center. This role offers an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, no call, no nights, weekends, or holidays, and flexible scheduling. The Chief CRNA will provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures, conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airway and anesthesia administration, monitor patients, and collaborate with physicians and staff while maintaining compliance with clinical and safety standards. The Specialty Alliance is a physician-led organization that functions as a Management Services Organization (MSO), providing national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources to support leading specialty practices. Their model emphasizes physician leadership, clinical autonomy, and a focus on patient care, quality, access, and outcomes.

Requirements

• CRNA certification
• Experience in an independent CRNA practice model
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
• Knowledge of clinical and safety standards
