About The Position
Join a high-performing Anesthesia team at Mary Lanning Healthcare, an independent, non-profit hospital. We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide high-quality care. Your Role: Provide anesthesia coverage at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings Surgical Center, and Hastings Laser & Eye Surgery Center. Utilize EPIC electronic medical records. Collaborate with a collegial team of physicians and CRNAs. Monday through Friday daytime coverage with shared night-float rotation (Thursday-to-Thursday, weekdays 12-hour shifts, weekends 24-hour shifts, 30-minute response time, two post-rotation days off). Seven weeks off annually, plus post-night-float days off. Engage in quality improvement efforts and community involvement. Participate in quality initiatives and community engagement.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
- Current Certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- New graduates are welcome to apply
