About The Position
NorthStar is seeking Full-Time CRNAs for Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia. This role is part of the Fairfax Anesthesiology Team, a group of over 60 anesthesiologists and 90 CRNAs, with specializations in pediatric, neurosurgical, and cardiac anesthesia. The position offers a diverse caseload including General, GI, Pediatrics, Gyn, Ortho, Major Vascular, Thoracic, Ophthalmology, Transplants (heart, kidney and pancreas), Cardiac, Neuro, OB, and Trauma. Various shifts are available (8s, 10s, 12s), with no call obligations. Night shifts are also available with a higher differential for weekend nights. New graduates are welcome.
Requirements
- CRNA
- Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist (implied by team description)
- Highly skilled CRNA team member
- New graduates are welcome
Nice To Haves
- Specialization in pediatric, neurosurgical, or cardiac anesthesia
- Member of the cardiac team of CRNAs (option for pediatric cardiac, as well)
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care within a diverse caseload including General, GI, Pediatrics, Gyn, Ortho, Major Vascular, Thoracic, Ophthalmology, Transplants (heart, kidney and pancreas), Cardiac, Neuro, OB, and Trauma.
- Participate in a highly-regarded cardiac team of CRNAs, with an option for pediatric cardiac anesthesia.
- Work various shifts including 8s, 10s, and 12s.
- Work night shifts if available (7pm-7am).
