About The Position

A physician-led private practice in the Minneapolis area is looking for a CRNA to join a medically directed care team at outpatient surgery centers. This role offers ASC-only work with no hospital involvement. The schedule is designed for work-life balance, featuring no call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. Compensation is a W-2 salary between $270,000 and $300,000 annually, plus a starting bonus. The practice focuses on adult outpatient surgery, with a significant emphasis on orthopedic cases, and does not involve cardiac procedures. CRNAs work collaboratively with anesthesiologists in a care-team model across two ASC sites in the Minneapolis area. The group has been established in the Twin Cities since 2001 and is expanding its CRNA team due to increased patient volume.

Requirements

Current CRNA certification
Active Minnesota CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
Current ACLS and PALS certifications
One or more years of CRNA experience

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for outpatient surgical patients in a medically directed care-team model.
Perform pre-operative assessments.
Develop anesthesia plans.
Manage patient airways.
Oversee patient recovery.
Administer anesthesia for orthopedic cases.
Share induction responsibilities with the anesthesiologist as needed.
