About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team at the Specialty Alliance Ambulatory Surgery Center in Waco, TX. This is a per diem opportunity within a large, advanced private practice group. You will work collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff to provide superior anesthesia care for outpatient procedures. The role offers a high degree of autonomy within an independent CRNA practice model, with flexible scheduling and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. We offer competitive pay with a sign-on bonus and guarantee of 6 hours per diem.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
