Requirements

• Active state RN and CRNA licenses
• Board certification required
• ACLS | PALS | BLS

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates have been very successful in our practice and will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Practice to their full scope of practice and perform regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines.
• Participation in call is expected (24 hours in-house, 24 hours OB, second call from home).
• Provide services for up to 19 anesthetizing locations daily to include acute care ORs, cardiac ORs, obstetrics, GI/endo, cath lab, interventional radiology, and a hospital ambulatory surgery center.
• Provide anesthesia for approximately 14,300 cases annually, consisting of ~9,000 surgical cases, 800 cardiac cases, and 2,000 out-of-OR cases in GI, EP lab/Cath Lab, and interventional radiology.
• Provide anesthesia for OB services with 3,000 births annually, averaging 4 epidurals and 3 c-sections per day.
• Work in an academic environment with an anesthesiology residency program.
