About The Position
U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its growing practice serving AdventHealth hospital locations throughout Central Florida. USAP is AdventHealth’s exclusive anesthesia provider at its Central Florida locations and also serves a growing number of outpatient surgical facilities. CRNAs work in a collaborative, dynamic clinical environment with a broad range of cases and subspecialty anesthesia care. Clinical experiences include bread-and-butter anesthesia, transplant procedures, neurosurgery, orthopedic fractures, sports medicine, joint replacement, and labor and delivery. Opportunities are also available to join subspecialty cardiac and pediatric teams. The role offers tiered salary based on years of CRNA experience, guaranteed hours, flexible scheduling with the option to work overtime, and no overnight call. Compensation and benefits include sign-on bonus options, annual bonuses beginning on the second anniversary, retirement benefits, paid time off, continuing education and professional allowances, and differentials for evening, night, weekend, cardiac, and complex pediatric work.
Requirements
- Meet state licensure requirements for CRNAs.
- Complete and meet credentialing requirements for the hospitals where the CRNA will have privileges.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a diverse range of clinical cases and subspecialties at AdventHealth hospital locations and outpatient surgical facilities in Central Florida.
- Meet state licensure requirements for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
- Complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for hospitals where the CRNA will hold privileges.
