About The Position

As a CRM Systems Analyst, you do more than configure systems — you solve human problems through technology. While automation and AI can enhance workflows, this role depends on critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate nuance. You’ll help determine what should be automated, why it matters, and how solutions should be designed to serve real people. The CRM Systems Analyst sits at the intersection of data, systems, and decision-making, partnering with stakeholders to interpret needs, balance tradeoffs, and design solutions that technology alone cannot define. Your insight, curiosity, and ability to think contextually are what turn tools into impact.
