In this role, you will support the execution, quality assurance, and operational management of email marketing campaigns across multiple brands. You will play a critical role in ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand and customer experience standards. An ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through email marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing operations, campaign production, or a related marketing operations role.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Passion for customer experience and the ability to evaluate campaigns from a UX and brand perspective.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, eCommerce, and technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and support optimization efforts.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn new systems, tools, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Smartsheet or ClickUp is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end email production workflows across multiple brands, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Oversee the email development queue and partner closely with developers to support build timelines, testing, and launch readiness.
  • Own final QA and launch checks, validating deployment timing, audience selection, link functionality, rendering, and overall campaign accuracy.
  • Review campaigns through both a technical and creative lens, ensuring alignment with brand standards, design consistency, and customer experience expectations.
  • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives, including triggered campaigns, welcome journeys, re-engagement programs, and seasonal updates.
  • Coordinate testing, implementation, and handoff processes for customer journeys and marketing campaigns across three brands.
  • Partner with marketing, eCommerce, and technical teams to support campaign execution, operational efficiency, and continuous optimization efforts.
  • Manage proofing processes, stakeholder approvals, and proof distribution lists to ensure visibility and timely feedback across teams.
  • Support Bloomreach administration tasks, including audience updates, suppression lists, and basic segmentation management.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, performance analysis, and execution support in partnership with the CRM Email Team.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for regional teams, developers, and internal stakeholders to help track global content progress and maintain alignment.
  • Support global asset coordination by ensuring creative assets, designs, and content are delivered on time to keep campaign development on track.
