About The Position

Comfrt is looking for our next Retention & CRM Specialist who will keep our retention engine running at a high level — building and maintaining automated flows in Klaviyo, executing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and TikTok CRM, and making sure every send goes out clean, accurate, and on time.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in email or CRM operations
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience required (flows, segments, templates)
  • Experience executing across email, SMS, push, and TikTok CRM
  • Strong attention to detail in QA environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Attentive or similar SMS platform
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking and link auditing
  • Exposure to loyalty or retention-specific flows
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email troubleshooting
  • Background in DTC or apparel

Responsibilities

  • Build, edit, and maintain automated flows in Klaviyo
  • Add and update flow filters and trigger filters to keep segmentation accurate
  • Manage flow variants and coordinate testing logic across branches
  • Update profile properties and data points to support personalization and segmentation
  • Assist with QA on test sends across devices and email clients
  • Audit all links and UTM parameters across email, SMS, push, and TikTok CRM sends
  • Verify personalization tokens and dynamic content render correctly before deployment
  • Run regular flow health checks and surface performance anomalies
  • Track and document A/B test results across flows and campaigns
  • Maintain organized reporting that makes trend analysis easy for the team
  • Execute campaigns across email, SMS, push, and TikTok CRM from build through scheduling
  • Support the Retention Manager with campaign production and deployment as needed
