About The Position

We are not hiring theory-only profiles. We are hiring a CRM & Sales Operations Coordinator to manage sales data, streamline processes, and support revenue teams. You must understand CRM systems and sales pipeline management, the lead lifecycle (capture → qualification → conversion → retention), sales reporting, forecasting, and data accuracy, process optimization and workflow automation, and how AI tools can improve sales tracking and productivity.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM / Sales Operations
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.)
  • Strong data handling and analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency)
  • Understanding of sales funnels and conversion metrics
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Basic understanding of automation tools and AI usage in operations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting and revenue operations
  • Experience working with global sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM data (leads, accounts, deals, activities)
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline and deal progress
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy, deduplication, and hygiene in CRM
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Support lead assignment, follow-ups, and task tracking
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements
  • Use automation/AI tools for reporting, data enrichment, and workflow efficiency
