  • Working knowledge of CRM best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with a push or messaging platform such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a similar platform.
  • Comfort working live, time-pressured sends during games and events, not just pre-scheduled campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and QA discipline under time pressure.
  • Working knowledge of football (NFL/college football), combat sports, soccer, or golf.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, particularly with editorial and content partners.
  • Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend hours based on the sports event schedule.

  • Troubleshoot send issues in real time and quickly escalate platform or content problems.
  • Partner with sports digital editorial teams on content availability, embargoes, and real-time updates that inform timing and messaging.
  • Maintain the sports send calendar across sports and seasons, coordinate beat dates, and deconflict sends with other CRM programs and audience fatigue limits.
  • Prepare briefs, copy, and templates ahead of each weekend window.
  • Support business-as-usual CRM operations, including send QA, scheduling, and campaign setup across channels.
  • Report weekly and post-event performance, including opens, click-through rates, and opt-outs, and flag anomalies and optimization opportunities.
