The Commercial Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Commercial Sales organization through Salesforce administration, CRM process governance, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional operational alignment across the Lead-to-Order (L2O) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. This individual will serve as a key Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted business partner to Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer teams by helping manage pipeline integrity, quote/order accuracy, forecasting visibility, revenue process alignment, and scalable operational workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with operational business acumen and the ability to support end-to-end commercial processes from lead generation through order execution, invoicing, and delivery visibility.
