As a member of the CRM conversion project team, your responsibilities would include providing support for the CRM conversion project. This involves scheduling project calls, trainings, and ad-hoc meetings, sending follow-up emails documenting action items and decisions, launching new project Asana boards, and keeping Asana timelines and tasks up-to-date. You will also prepare for project calls, update training decks with Salesforce features, and maintain internal documentation such as Confluence and Smartsheet. Additionally, you will support the integration of new advisors onto the Salesforce system, including onboarding setup, updating users after tech over, and validating conversion-related data. You will serve as a point of contact for questions from advisor teams and third-party providers, maintain a working understanding of CRM metrics and workflows, document processes for system support, and participate in requirements gathering. You will also assist with improvement projects, ad-hoc projects, and research. Maintaining written procedures and identifying potential solutions and efficiencies are also key aspects of this role.
