About The Position

As a member of the CRM conversion project team, this role provides essential support for the CRM conversion project. Key activities include scheduling project calls, trainings, and meetings, documenting action items and decisions, managing project boards in Asana, and maintaining up-to-date timelines and tasks. The role also involves preparing for and following up on project calls, updating training materials with Salesforce features, and maintaining internal documentation such as Confluence and Smartsheet. A significant part of the role is supporting the integration of new advisors onto the Salesforce system, which includes onboarding setup, updating users after tech overhauls, and validating conversion data. The analyst will also serve as a point of contact for advisor teams and third-party providers, maintain a working understanding of CRM metrics and workflows, document processes, and assist with requirements gathering and user acceptance testing. Additionally, the role supports improvement projects, ad-hoc projects, and research, while maintaining written procedures and identifying potential efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Proven history of being a “self-starter.”

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years related investment services industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with other CRM softwares such as Hubspot, Wealthbox, Dynamics a plus.
  • Experience with project management a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide CRM conversion project team support, including scheduling calls, trainings, and meetings.
  • Follow up with emails documenting action items, decisions, and important notes.
  • Launch new project Asana boards and notify associated parties.
  • Keep Asana timelines and tasks up to date.
  • Prepare for project calls and follow-ups.
  • Update training decks with Salesforce features as deployments occur.
  • Keep internal documentation (Confluence, Smartsheet, Merger Cheat sheets) up to date.
  • Support the integration of new advisors on to the Salesforce system, including onboarding setup and user updates.
  • Validate all conversion related data.
  • Serve as a point of contact for questions from advisor teams and third-party solution providers.
  • Maintain a working understanding of CRM metrics, calculations, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Document required processes for ongoing system support.
  • Participate in requirements gathering for ongoing system updates.
  • Facilitate user integration and acceptance testing.
  • Assist with improvement projects, ad-hoc projects, and complete assigned research projects.
  • Maintain written procedures on all aspects of this position and work to continuously improve initiatives.
