The CRM Analyst will focus on the day-to-day management and execution of the company’s Salesforce CRM system and utilize data to assist with sales, service, and marketing efforts and with activities related to CRM, lead management, pipeline reporting, ticket sales campaign management, and sales attribution tracking. The incumbent will also work on the planning and integration of sales and service technology with the CRM tools, as well as training of sales staff on the Salesforce platform. This position will report to the Director, Business Intelligence and will work cross-functionally with the Abbotsford Canucks’ and Vancouver Warriors. This is an onsite role at our office in downtown Vancouver.
