About The Position

RISK inc. is seeking a CRM Analyst to enhance their analytical capabilities within the CRM domain. This role will support strategic initiatives focused on user retention, optimizing communication channels, and improving the overall effectiveness of CRM activities. The ideal candidate will be adept at data analysis, uncovering insights, evaluating CRM strategies, and promoting a data-driven culture.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in data analytics, specifically within CRM, Marketing, or Product environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using BI platforms (such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase).
  • Solid track record in analyzing user behavior, customer journeys, and key product metrics.
  • Deep understanding of CRM performance, user engagement, and retention indicators ($Retention Rate$, $Churn$, $LTV$, $Cohort Analysis$).
  • Experience working comfortably with large-scale, high-volume datasets.
  • Strong grasp of statistical methods and best practices for setting up, executing, and evaluating A/B tests.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Exceptional systematic and analytical thinking to break down complex issues.
  • High level of independence, responsibility, and ability to thrive with ambiguous or loosely defined tasks.
  • A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of initiative and sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills—you can confidently pitch your findings and back up your recommendations with data.
  • Focused on the "why" behind the data, always aiming to drive tangible business value and impact.
