About The Position

Leidos is seeking a CRM Business System Analyst to support the Digital Solution, Inc. program. This role involves assisting customers with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technical support issues and consulting with them on their business processes and the relevant CRM software usage to meet those requirements. The position requires onsite/in-office software consulting and software support, primarily with remote customer support, in a demanding Capitol Hill environment. The ability to communicate effectively with VIP customers is a plus. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with two plus (2+) years of relevant experience (May consider more years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • Ability to learn proprietary CRM Software
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to clearly/concisely/effectively communicate in writing or in verbal exchange with varying audiences
  • Ability to effectively synthesize clear explanations of complex technical or business process to audiences with varying levels of background and expertise
  • Two plus (2+) years of relevant experience with MS Office products
  • U.S Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • One plus (1+) of experience working in a Senator or Congressman’s office using IQ product
  • Previous helpdesk/onsite support experience
  • Working knowledge of Technical Support Ticketing systems
  • Oracle/SQL knowledge and experience
  • Experience in Multimedia Design and Web Content Development

Responsibilities

  • Able to multi-task while supporting VIP clients
  • Provide daily support for intranet Quorum (IQ) product to customers
  • Provide weekly reports and open tickets for each support or consulting request from customers
  • Train IQ product to new customers as they turnover in customer offices
  • Guide and make decisions in formulating new sound business and related technical processes as well as analyzing/optimizing current processes
  • Coordination with customer business process owners and various technology teams to ascertain/develop technical requirements and user acceptance testing relating to CRM system functions including but not limited to new data acquisition and system VIP output
