About The Position

Drive the adoption of the company’s opportunity pipeline and customer relationship management ( CRM ) system. Promote CRM best practices through effective use of Salesforce functionality to support users and enhance operational efficiency. Build and maintain workflows and automation to continuously improve the CRM user experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and increase platform adoption. Actively participate in governance processes as a user advocate. Document requirements and collaborate closely with the Chief Information Office to plan release schedules for new enhancements. Provide Tier 1 user support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and reliable CRM experience. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • 2+ years of experience with business intelligence tools, including Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience using and configuring Agentforce
  • Experience creating and maintaining customer-ready documentation
  • Ability to communicate with audiences varying in size and seniority
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • U.S. citizen ship is required
