About The Position

We are a family-friendly start-up in hyper-growth mode, scaling from 18 to nearly 40 locations this year. We need a detail-obsessed CRM & MarTech Systems Manager who views marketing technology as a precision-engineered engine. This is a hands-on role for a true doer. You will single-handedly write, build, and optimize the automated systems powering our expansion. We don't need a passive platform administrator; we need someone who will take total ownership of our technology, connect the dots, and proactively figure out how to leverage our stack to drive measurable sales results. Your success is measured directly by the revenue and lead growth your engine generates.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or growth operations.
  • 1–2 years of direct building inside GoHighLevel, with a deep understanding of custom values, triggers, conditional logic, and Snapshot architecture.
  • Unparalleled attention to detail and a proactive "figure-it-out" mindset.
  • Highly proficient with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and listing profiles.
  • Proven capability to clearly map business logic and write clear technical requirements for developers and external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Single-handedly build, test, and maintain all workflows, triggers, and nurture loops in our master Snapshot environment. Manage absolute version control before pushing updates downstream to 40+ sub-accounts.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for our paid advertising agencies. Audit their tracking pixels, tags, and attribution scripts to ensure flawless data routing while holding them strictly accountable to ROAS and CPL targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for website vendors, hosting, and our outsourced developer. Own the technical backend, layout, and SEO deployment for our national site, franchise recruitment pages, and 40+ local location pages—ensuring all tracking pixels, landing page forms, and API pass-throughs function flawlessly to maximize lead capture.
  • Launch foundational directory listings (Google Business, Apple Maps, Yelp, TripAdvisor) with accurate tracking links for new locations. Securely hand over profile access and train franchisees post-launch.
  • Execute technical local SEO, manage schema markup, and deploy Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) so our brand dominates map packs and AI search engines (Gemini, Perplexity).
  • Use GA4 and GTM to audit funnel performance daily. Continuously optimize website forms, conversion flows, and API pass-throughs to fix pipeline leaks, eliminate friction, and maximize lead capture.
  • Train owners on navigating dashboards and managing local lead flow. Partner in a tight "Systems & Brand" pod with our Creative Manager—you own the engine, they fuel it.
