As a CRM Manager at DAZN, you’ll lead the execution of CRM strategies across North America. Your role focuses on both acquisition and retention, with a key emphasis on major sporting events. You'll develop and implement tactical CRM campaigns, optimise performance through data personalization and testing, and collaborate with international stakeholders to drive revenue and fan engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a CRM role, ideally in a subscription-based business.
  • Strong planning, execution, and performance optimisation skills in CRM.
  • A deep passion for sport, and a solid understanding of fan behavior across North American markets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and commercially driven environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies for North America markets, driving revenue and subscriber growth.
  • Own a weekly multi-channel schedule - delivering CRM campaigns focused on promoting live events.
  • Own personalization and segmentation strategies to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Optimise campaign performance through testing, data insights, and continuous refinement.
  • Collaborate with retention, product, tech, content, UX, and analytics teams to deliver integrated CRM output.
  • Drive acquisition to the free subscription tier and upsell users to paid subscriptions.
  • Be the go-to expert for CRM planning and execution for sports events.
