The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer lifecycle communications across Avis, Budget, and Zipcar. This role will lead the execution of CRM programs across email, SMS, and push notifications, translating lifecycle and promotional strategies into high-quality customer experiences that drive engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value. This is a hands-on CRM leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and operational execution. The ideal candidate can independently manage campaigns and customer journeys, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions while operating within broader CRM and lifecycle strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives across brands and channels in a fast-paced environment.
