This strategic role oversees Carmeuse’s global Salesforce CRM platform, supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and the E‑Commerce ecosystem to ensure consistent customer engagement and streamlined commercial processes while respecting regional needs. The CRM Manager drives the ongoing, phased development and execution of the Customer 360 roadmap, enhancing business processes and enabling stronger insights and reporting in close collaboration with stakeholders across all regions. The role also includes leadership of the Supply Planning and Optimization system, ensuring its smooth integration within the broader Supply Chain function.
