As a CRM & Engagement Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will define and execute our overall engagement and lifecycle marketing strategy across B2B and B2C health and lifestyle products. You will design end-to-end user journeys and campaigns that deepen relationships, maximize retention, and turn users into advocates, combining strategic ownership with strong hands-on execution across email, push, in-app, and web. You will also lead partner alignments and co-develop engagement programs with external stakeholders, acting as a key connector between Temedica and its ecosystem. Data-driven decision-making, AI-powered tooling, and cross-functional collaboration are at the heart of how you work. This is a maternity cover position for 12-18 months.
