About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our CRM division and take part in complex, large-scale Dynamics 365 projects within enterprise environments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM
• Experience working with On-Premises and Online environments
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Proven experience writing high-level design and specification documents
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and clients

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-Premises and Online)
• Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and system specification with business stakeholders
• Write functional and technical design documents
• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support implementation processes in complex organizational environments
