About The Position

Allied Machine & Engineering, headquartered in Dover, Ohio, is a leading global manufacturer of hole making and finishing cutting tool systems. Our tooling solutions deliver the lowest cost per hole in a wide range of applications. Duties & responsibilities: In-depth knowledge of CRM products and their functionalities. Ensure optimal performance of CRM system and products. Maintain CRM databases. Evaluate and install new releases, as well as provide training and support. Responsible for all CRM system change requests. Manage CRM roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Work with management to ensure that process functionality is understood. Be proactive with continuous learning to improve the current CRM system. Recommend software upgrades and solutions to optimize operational efficiency. Develop and maintain the integrations used with the CRM system. Build custom reports and dashboards. Troubleshoot issues. Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting. Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups and provide one to one training to end users on an on‐going basis. Document processes. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: 2-year degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required. 4-year degree preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of CRM experience preferred. 1-2 years of experience in software development preferred. 1-2 years of experience programming Preferred skills: Excellent communication skills Project Management Detail oriented Aptitude in problem-solving Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
