About The Position

Supporting the Sr. CRM Data Specialist in leading client presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions that clearly communicate complex medical device solutions and addressing customer-specific needs. Providing support during high-visibility meetings, ensuring clients receive accurate information and seamless experience throughout the sales process. Leveraging industry and product expertise to influence decision-making, solve complex business challenges, and support organizational goals. Partnering with the Sr. CRM Data Specialist in managing and optimizing CRM systems, customer data, sales reporting, and documentation to ensure data integrity and actionable business insights. Using analytics and reporting to support strategic planning, improve operational efficiency, and inform key business decisions. Acting as a cross-functional partner, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and peers to drive collaboration and project success. Exercising independent judgment and broad expertise to influence outcomes, lead initiatives, and navigate issues of significant business impact. Troubleshooting sales tools and processes and identifying opportunities to implement new support activities that increase productivity, efficiency, and overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience in data analytics, with the ability to extract, analyze, interpret, and merge large datasets across multiple systems or platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel with a demonstrated ability to perform advanced formulas & functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivot tables & data analysis, and data automation & workflow efficiency (macros/tools like Power Query).
  • An understanding of SAP (or similar ERP system) and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • A bachelors or master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar, or 4+ years of above-related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong communication and team player skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
