About The Position

As a CRM Data Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales and Business Development functions through comprehensive CRM administration, reporting, and data-driven initiatives. You will collaborate closely with leadership and operational teams to ensure the accuracy of customer data, provide actionable insights, and drive process improvement efforts.

Requirements

Proficiency with data management, analysis, and reporting.
Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, reporting, data reconciliation, and dashboard creation.
Ability to combine and analyze datasets from multiple systems.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Understanding of relational databases.
Entry-level SQL skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Python reporting and reconciliation skills are preferred.
Experience with automation tools or scripting is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Responsibilities

Create spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor customer information, trends, and business performance.
Support reporting automation and dashboard development initiatives.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly CRM reports.
Maintain and enhance CRM data quality and integrity.
Reconcile and validate data across multiple systems.
Prepare campaign-ready contact lists and leadership reporting.
Analyze trends and provide insights on process effectiveness and performance metrics.
Translate business questions into measurable reports and analytics.
Conduct survey analysis and data evaluations.
Support ongoing business intelligence and reporting initiatives.
