The Data Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage analytical projects, and ensure the delivery of accurate and relevant analyses to support client organizational goals. This role involves overseeing the analysis of large and complex datasets stored in the data warehouse. The associate will develop, extract, and replicate insights and trends from complex healthcare data (medical claims, drug claims, disability, etc.) to promote population health decision-making and strategy. A key aspect of the role is understanding the data, reporting system capabilities, and communicating effectively with internal teams and clients. The position also requires ensuring data quality and integrity, leveraging advanced reporting servers to develop and maintain enhanced reporting and dashboards, and performing financial analysis for all coverages. The associate will also manage client deadlines, develop custom financial modeling, attend client meetings, and stay current on industry trends and information.
