About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Coordinator to support our sales operations by managing proposal data, ensuring CRM data accuracy, and providing day-to-day HubSpot system support. The role involves close coordination with the sales team, Solution Center, and external vendors to ensure smooth CRM functionality and effective sales tracking.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and proposal management.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with sales teams and vendors.
  • Ability to handle minor system configurations and quickly resolve user issues.
  • Proficient in data handling and reporting, with strong skills in tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) etc.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to learn and adapt to processes quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with any CRM will be acceptable although HubSpot is preferred.
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor HubSpot and sales activities to ensure all mandatory fields are accurately completed when creating and updating deals, companies, contact records and work flows.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal CRM processes and guidelines.
  • Enter and maintain proposal details in HubSpot, coordinating closely with the Solution Center and tracking all proposals approved by the Sales Manager.
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team by addressing and resolving issues related to HubSpot CRM usage.
  • Handle minor system configurations and modifications to support daily operations and ensure optimal CRM performance.
  • Liaise with the HubSpot vendor on an as-needed basis for system enhancements, updates, troubleshooting, and required changes.
