We are looking for specialists with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, focusing on developing and integrating solutions within Copilot Service Workspace. Candidates will contribute to the evolution of the container-based integration layer, working on advanced customizations and channel integrations within D365.

Requirements

Demonstrable hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Hands-on experience with Copilot Service Workspace
Hands-on experience with Channel Integration Framework (CIF)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft APM SDK
Solid experience in JavaScript development in Dynamics environments
Ability to work on embedded/integrated applications within Dynamics (container focus)

Nice To Haves

Experience with TypeScript
Experience building custom UI integrations within D365
Knowledge of frontend architecture patterns in enterprise applications

Responsibilities

Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace
Implement and configure the Channel Integration Framework (CIF) to embed and connect external applications
Develop frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript / TypeScript
Work with Microsoft APM SDK to enable application integration within the Dynamics environment
Ensure performance, usability, and maintainability of implemented solutions
Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure end-to-end functionality
