About The Position

In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service, and Procurement to deliver a seamless and effective CRM experience across the business. You will play a key role in analysing data, producing insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive both operational and financial improvements. Your focus will be on ensuring the CRM evolves beyond a simple database into a powerful, high-performance platform that supports commercial growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to collect and interpret large and complex data sets, apply statistical methods to draw conclusions, create forecasts and make recommendations are essential for this role.
  • Efficient communication skills and having ability to speak confidently and deliver support to CRM system users and management will also be highly valued.
  • Prior experience in a role that requires blending data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, and external flat files)
  • Tertiary qualified; potentially in Accounting, Data Science, Analytics, IT
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 is highly regarded, but we value the ability to learn and manage SaaS platforms and "low-code" tools (Power Platform)
  • Cybersecurity awareness
  • Strong MS Excel skills over a large and complex data set as well as proficiency in Business Intelligence
  • Comfortable navigating the technical requirements of IT while speaking the language of Margin, Growth, and Commercial Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing CRM processes, data flows, and integrations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the day-to-day health of the Dynamics 365 CRM module, including user training, user onboarding/offboarding, and environment configuration.
  • Act as the lead functional contact for third-party developers; scoping complex requirements, managing timelines, and overseeing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure production stability.
  • System onboarding of new users and offboarding users exiting the business.
  • Analyse, monitor and action changes to master data that is not in line with the quality standards set out by the business.
  • Audit key fields to ensure data remains "clean" for cross-platform reporting between the CRM and other systems of record.
  • Combine CRM data with other datasets to provide a holistic view of business performance, identifying trends and anomalies across various industry sectors.
  • Design and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards that allow stakeholders to self-serve reporting analysis and metrics on their own accord to provide actionable insight.
