About The Position

The CRM Administrator supports the strategic management and daily operations of the CRM system under the guidance of the Director of CRM System. The role ensures the CRM system's optimal performance, reliability, and security while providing technical support and training to users. The administrator collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of work experience in a project management and business analysis capacity.
• Experience with Contact Relationship Management (CRM) in a university environment.
• Experience producing analysis documents and testing and developing test plans.
• Project management experience, including the ability to execute the entire project lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other teams to develop system enhancement and functionality requests for evaluation and deployment decisions.
• Follow CRM team standard operating procedures to assist with developing technical solutions, integrating supporting technologies, and managing the solution life cycle.
• Configure and maintain user security and privileges within the CRM system.
• Oversee and monitor data entry and updates, use system checks for duplicate records, and ensure data accessibility for colleagues.
• Perform system maintenance, troubleshoot errors, and maintain the user interface.
• Develop and provide training on core and advanced system functionality for end users, maintaining and enhancing staff knowledge of the CRM system.
• Assist end users with setting up campaigns and marketing collateral within the CRM system.
• Develop views and dashboards based on user requirements.
• Work with external vendors as needed to support technical requirements.
