About The Position

Central Power Systems & Services is seeking a Critical Power Market Development Specialist to drive brand awareness for their Critical Power Division. This role will support sales teams by creating and executing strategic marketing and business development plans to increase company profits and achieve sales goals. The specialist will also research competitors and market trends to inform product pricing and ensure profitability. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Solid understanding of basic generator and electrical distribution principles
Strong attention to details and diligent follow-through
Solid working proficiencies with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Explorer, Power Point, etc.)
Ability to understand, embrace and implement new technologies as they evolve
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive working environment

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field a plus
Technical education in Automotive, Diesel, Construction or related field a plus

Responsibilities
