About The Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced critical care physician to help support an established practice at our Level II trauma center in Panama City. You will join a team of 2 FT physicians and 4 APPs. The practice setting is primarily inpatient ICU. This is an employed position within a nonprofit health system. Shifts are 24hrs (12 onsite, 12 unattached call - APP is onsite overnight). At least 1 year of critical care experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Critical Care
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Board eligibility/certification in medical specialty required.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of critical care experience is preferred
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
