Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is seeking a Crisis Triage Specialist to provide telephone crisis intervention and evaluation services for youth, adults, and families experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This role involves conducting telephone assessments, collaborating on less restrictive alternatives to hospitalization or facilitating inpatient treatment, and providing community stabilization services. The specialist will also complete risk assessments, develop safety plans, and maintain client records. This position is part of a 24/7/365 behavioral health crisis hotline accredited by the American Association of Suicidology and a provider for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network, including the 988 National Suicide Prevention Line. The role requires knowledge of community resources and adherence to agency policies and NCQA standards. Remote work is available after in-person training and demonstration of core competencies.
