Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. They offer evidence-based treatment for behavioral health issues to adults, youth, and seniors. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in client recovery and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. This position is located in Spokane, WA, with the possibility of remote work after initial in-person training and demonstrated core competencies. The role involves providing telephone crisis intervention and evaluation services for youth, adults, and families experiencing behavioral health crises. The specialist will conduct telephone assessments, collaborate on developing less restrictive alternatives to hospitalization or facilitate inpatient treatment, and provide community stabilization services. The position is part of a 24/7/365 behavioral health crisis hotline accredited by the American Association of Suicidology, serving as a provider for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network and the 988 National Suicide Prevention Line.
