About The Position

Under general direction, this role is responsible for the programs, administration, development, maintenance, and coordination of residential services. This is a mission-driven leadership opportunity for an experienced human services professional who brings both clinical knowledge and supervisory strength to a team-centered environment.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field; or A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing therapeutic, residential, social, or program services to children and families; and/or A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience; or An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Driver's License, with an appropriate driving record and insurance coverage at all times, in accordance with agency policy and/or insurance carrier requirements
Successful completion of all required pre-hire testing
Proof of current TB test upon hire

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Licensed by the State of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (PC)
Five (5) or more years of experience providing therapeutic, residential, social, or program services to children and families
Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health or residential services setting
