About The Position

This position will supervise the Crisis Services Programs for Martinsville City, Henry County, and Franklin County areas. The Crisis Services Supervisor provides direct clinical and administrative guidance and supervision to program staff. Assisting service leads in the day-to-day management, supervision, and development of program services, and in monitoring of service quality and facility needs. Provides services to individuals, families, and groups as needed to meet the program's goals. Develops and maintains working relationships with clients, client's families, other community service board (CSB) programs, and external resources.

Requirements

• Must be at least an LMHP.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in provision of mental health services.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Willingness to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes.
• Willingness to consent to drug screening.

• Supervisory experience is preferred.
