The GRC Crisis Services Shift Supervisor provides shift-level leadership for crisis programs at the Glick Recovery Campus. Under the direction of the Director, Continuous Care, this position oversees daily operations, staffing, guest throughput, and service coordination across programs during the assigned shift. The Shift Supervisor serves as the on-site resource for operational problem-solving, supports service delivery from registration through direct guest care within licensure and scope of practice, and promotes adherence to clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards through collaboration with administrative and clinical staff. The Glick Recovery Campus never closes. It operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — and the Shift Supervisor on the 3rd shift is one of the most important roles on campus. This role is for individuals who thrive in the quiet intensity of overnight shifts and find purpose in being a reliable support during critical times.
