About The Position

The Centers is seeking Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Therapists for their 3rd shift Crisis Services team at the Glick Recovery Campus. This role involves serving individuals experiencing acute behavioral health and substance use crises during overnight hours (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM) until they can transition to ongoing community services. The position is crucial for providing immediate support and the first step in an individual's recovery journey. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, and per diem employment, with flexible scheduling discussed during the interview process. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing in Ohio
• 2+ years of experience providing psychosocial or mental health services in behavioral health settings
• Experience in crisis intervention services
• BLS certification required at least 2 weeks prior to start date

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments

• Assess needs and coordinate appropriate referrals to community resources
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
