Rudolph Community & Care is seeking a Crisis Program Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of one Crisis Home. This role provides direct leadership and support to Crisis Interventionists and other assigned staff while ensuring the delivery of safe, trauma-informed, and person-centered services. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced crisis environment. You will support individuals experiencing behavioral crises, coach and develop staff, oversee daily operations, and help ensure the home remains compliant with 245D licensing requirements and organizational standards.
