Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is seeking a Crisis Clinician to join their multi-disciplinary team. This role provides telephonic and outreach crisis intervention and evaluation services to individuals and families, aiming to divert them from emergency departments, the criminal justice system, and inpatient psychiatric treatment by maximizing community resources for stabilization. The position serves individuals who may have co-occurring disorders and could be experiencing homelessness. The Crisis Clinician will provide rapid response, assessment, crisis intervention, engagement, supportive counseling, information and referral, assistance with Medicaid enrollment, linkage to resources, and facilitate connection to substance use services for ongoing treatment and follow-up. This is a Per Required Need (PRN) position for coverage purposes.
